Information you provide
When you join one of my mailing lists, I collect your first name, last name, and email address. When you use a contact form, I collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, the reason you are writing, and your message.
How I use it
I use this information to send the newsletter or updates you requested, respond to your message, arrange conversations or sessions, and maintain the records needed to do that work. I do not sell or rent your personal information.
Services that process information
Mailing-list subscriptions are processed by Kit. Contact-form messages are processed by Formspree. The websites are hosted by DreamHost. These companies may process limited personal or technical information as part of providing their services and protecting them from misuse.
Email choices
You may unsubscribe from a mailing list at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email. You may also contact me to ask what information I have about you, correct it, or request that it be deleted.
Cookies and technical information
These sites do not currently use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or tracking pixels. The hosting and form services may process basic technical information, such as an IP address or browser details, for delivery, security, and spam prevention. If the site begins using nonessential tracking in the future, this notice and the consent choices will be updated.
Links to other websites
The sites link to services and publications including YouTube, Amazon, Google, Facebook, Instagram, KBOO, and other independent websites. Their privacy practices apply after you follow those links.
Keeping information
I keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was provided, or as required for legitimate business and legal records.
